Our promise to you
Every GREBELLA piece is crafted with exceptional care. We want you to love what you receive — and we're here to make sure you do. If you have any questions before ordering — about sizing, colour, materials, or how a bag will carry — reach out at support@grebella.com before you place your order. We'd always rather help you choose well.

Your 14-day right to return
If your piece isn't right, you may request a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

How to start a return
Email support@grebella.com with your order number, your reason for returning, and clear photos of the item in its current condition. Our Client Care team will respond within 48 hours. We're unable to process a return without photo documentation.

Return condition
You're welcome to inspect your piece as you would in a boutique. Once your return is approved, please send it back:

• In its original, resaleable condition
• With all original packaging, dust bag, and accessories included

Items returned with signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection may be subject to a deduction reflecting their diminished value.

Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged by the client — we recommend a tracked, insured method, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Once we receive your original piece, your exchange is dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@grebella.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — and cover return shipping entirely.
