Refund policy
At GREBELLA, each piece is produced in intentionally limited quantities and crafted with exceptional care. We want every woman to feel confident and certain about her choice.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If your piece does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Completely unused and in its original condition
- Free of marks, scratches, odours, or any signs of wear
- Returned with all original packaging, dust bag, and accessories
Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 5 business days.
Please note that due to the limited nature of our collections, exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@grebella.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or, if necessary, a full refund. You will not be responsible for return shipping in this case.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
How to Request an Exchange
To begin a request, email support@grebella.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and photos of the item in its current condition. Our Client Care team will respond within 48 hours.
