Do you release seasonal collections?
We don't follow trends.
We release pieces intentionally — when a design is ready, not when the calendar says so. Our approach is slow, mindful, and long-lasting.
Will GREBELLA release new colors?
Yes — upcoming drops include new core colors and limited seasonal tones.
These are always highly requested and may sell out quickly.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is completely free all over Europe, with no minimum order value.
Every order includes complimentary premium packaging and tracking.
Will I receive tracking?
Absolutely.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link with real-time updates.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece from our first collection is produced in intentionally limited quantities. Once your reservation is confirmed, your order will be carefully prepared and shipped within 3–4 weeks.
You will receive a tracking link once your piece is on its way.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours at support@grebella.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will resolve it as a priority.
Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We offer exchanges and store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. For damaged or faulty items, contact us within 48 hours at support@grebella.com and we will resolve it promptly.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or, if necessary, a refund.
Why doesn’t GREBELLA accept returns?
Our pieces are created in intentional, limited quantities.
To maintain exclusivity, craftsmanship integrity, and fairness for all clients, we do not offer standard returns.
