Shipping Policy

Every GREBELLA piece is crafted with care. We currently ship across the European Union from Barcelona, Spain.

Crafted with care, in limited quantities — We work in small, considered batches rather than mass-production. We don't fill warehouses with endless identical stock — we make our pieces in intentional quantities, which is how we keep our quality uncompromising and every bag something worth carrying.

When you'll receive it — Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days across the European Union. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a tracking link as soon as your piece is on its way to you.

Shipping cost — Shipping is free on all orders within the European Union — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Taxes & customs — All prices include applicable VAT. For orders shipped within mainland Spain and the rest of the European Union, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes — the price you see is the price you pay.
Please note that the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla fall outside the EU VAT and customs union. Orders to these regions may be subject to local taxes — such as IGIC in the Canary Islands — and a small customs-handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by the local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Insured & tracked — Every shipment is fully tracked and insured. If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@grebella.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Delivery details — Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect a parcel once dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may require a re-shipment fee.
